Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me and I work very hard to achieve this however, I recognise that occasionally things may not go quite as we would wish. If at any time you have cause for dissatisfaction or complaint about any of my goods or services then please let me know as soon as you can and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
Cancellations, returns and refunds - UK internet/mail/phone sales
If you wish to cancel or change your order please advise me at the earliest possible opportunity. If having received your order you wish to return it for a refund you must advise me within seven days of receipt, then a refund of the purchase price and the original delivery charge will be made within 28 days. The items must be returned to me in original condition within 21 days of receipt, and the return delivery fee must be paid by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items reach me in ''as new'' condition, and I advise you to send any returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.
Damage in transit
On rare occasions items may arrive that have been damaged in transit. If possible, please reject them as damaged and ask the driver to return to sender. If for some reason this is not possible please call me so I can help resolve the situation. In all cases I will require digital photographs of the damage to the item/s and packaging.
